Special heat-treated iron, the surface has a layer of iron nitride and iron oxide, highly resistant to rust and incredibly strong and durable.
The technology of suffocating iron makes the surface of the pot body form a small concave and convex texture to reduce the friction of the spatula on the pot body. The longer it is used, the harder it is to stick to the pot. The bottom of the pot body is thick and the wall is thin, which reduces the weight of the iron pot and at the same time conducts heat uniformly and quickly, effectively saving energy.

tamasaki's Cast Iron Wok is perfect! The rounded interior makes it easy to make stir fry but can also be used to fry food. The large wooden handle provides ample room to grip. Be sure to use gloves or kitchen towel when handling hot handles!
When you receive the product, you need to do:
1. Scrub the pot with a brush made of plants, then wash with warm water
2. Dry over low heat and pour in a little oil
3. Use a large piece of lard to wipe quickly
4. Stir-fry vegetables and absorb black substances
5. Fully absorb oil and form an oil film
6. Wash with warm water and wipe dry
